As a Shihan, it gives me great joy and fulfillment to teach and initiate others!

I teach the Usui Reiki Ryoho (Japanese) & Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western) traditions, as well as a more advanced level of intuitive and mystical Reiki techniques that I have developed though my experiences, formal training and my love for nature!

There are 3 levels of Teaching & Initiation with me:

 

- Shoden (Reiki I) "First Teachings"  *Connect with Energy

​

- Okuden (Reiki II) "Hidden/Inner Teachings"  *Move the Energy

​

- Shinpiden (Master)  "Mystical Teachings"  *Become One with Energy

​

Learning the System of Reiki is a personal commitment and investment in you; it requires time, practice, discipline, self-love, patience, and dedication. Okuden & Shoden levels are each broken down into 3 Monday evening classes. A portion of the material will be taught, demonstrated and practiced in each class, with the students having hands-on practice homework and journal writing during the week. This encourages introspection and reflection, and ensures thought-provoking discussion and plenty of hands-on practice both inside and outside of the classroom.  Shinpiden teachings are a 3-day weekend workshop packed with deep discussion, meditation, personal development, and application.
